Occupational Therapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our palliative rehabilitation and wellbeing team.


About you

You will be using your specialist professional skills and knowledge to improve the quality of life for those diagnosed with a life limiting condition, as well as people accessing our frailty services. You will empower and educate patients, community members and unpaid carers, to better understand and self-manage their symptoms, to enable patients to reconnect / stay connected to occupations that are important to them.


You will be working as part of our rehab and wellbeing team, predominantly within our Inpatient Unit, but also supporting our community services, and carry out one to one interventions and group interventions.


You must be a practicing HCPC registered Occupational Therapist, with a minimum of 18 months post-graduation experience in a variety of clinical areas. You will need to hold a UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle with Class 1 business insurance.
