Practice Development Nurse

Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for teaching, looking to share your practical skills, knowledge and experience?


About you

You will be an experienced, forward thinking, clinically competent nurse. Working across a range of specialities you will facilitate the training and professional development through formal and informal teaching. You will have excellent communication and have a real flare for training and teaching. You will be flexible and will have the ability to adapt training to different requirements and environments and provide a creative focus on learning delivery to ensure it is accessible to all staff.


About the role

You will be motivated and passionate about practice development, supporting and facilitating the induction, education and continuing professional development for all levels of registered and non-registered nursing staff within the Nursing Teams.


You must be able to function well in a team, as well as under your own initiative, and respond to changing service priorities.


This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week on a Monday - Friday basis, however some flexibility will be required.


We offer continuation of Pension & Long Service for those joining from the NHS.
