Volunteering in your community is a rewarding way to give back to a local cause while meeting new people, building confidence and gaining new skills.
We have opportunities to volunteer in the community at local events assisting our Fundraising team, organising your own fundraisers with a group of like-minded people, or even dressing up as our Hospice mascot from time-to-time! Either way, as a volunteer at Garden House Hospice Care, you'll be making a real difference to the lives of our patients, their families and carers living in North Hertfordshire and beyond.
We offer flexible volunteer opportunities, making it easy to get involved, whether you can spare a few hours a week or are looking for something more long-term. Volunteering in the community is available for anyone from the age of 18. We also offer volunteering for young people age 14+ in retail.
