Grants from Trusts and Foundations ensure that our vital care services can continue and remain free of charge. Everything we do is about helping those that need our care, but we want to reach even more people.
We need the support of more like-minded Trusts and grant-makers to create partnerships that help us to fulfil our charitable mission to care for and support our community with life-limiting conditions.
Your support contributes by funding:
- Rehabilitative palliative care and wellbeing services to people across our community with life-limiting conditions.
- Compassionate Neighbours scheme to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Specialist Dementia Nurses who work in the community.
- Exercise classes at our Community Hubs.
- Providing counselling for adults and children both pre and post-bereavement.
Trust and Foundation support enables us to maintain our high standards of care. Your grant will allow us to increase accessibility to our services so come and join our community and be part of our future.
