Individual Giving, Campaigns & Appeals Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Individual Giving, Campaigns and Appeals Lead to drive the development and implementation of our fundraising campaigns and appeals and our individual giving strategy!
This pivotal role involves integrating Regular Giving, Cash Appeals, Mid-Value Giving, In-Memory and Legacy fundraising, across all income streams and audiences into a cohesive programme that engages and inspires our supporters.
What does the Individual Giving, Campaigns & Appeals Lead role involve?
- Manage a rolling calendar of multi-channel appeals and campaigns, including seasonal and emergency response fundraising
- Lead on the acquisition, upgrade, and retention of Regular Givers through tailored journeys and engagement strategies
- Develop and implement a mid-value donor programme to foster deeper relationships and increased support
- Develop and deliver an ambitious individual giving strategy aligned with our fundraising goals
- Oversee Legacy and In-Memory fundraising initiatives, ensuring effective stewardship and campaign integration
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and storytelling that resonates with supporters
- Utilise data-driven insights for audience segmentation, campaign analysis, and continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance to inform future activities.
About you:
You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in individual giving and campaign management. Your strengths will include:
- Experience in developing and delivering integrated fundraising strategies
- Proficiency in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop team members
- Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising best practices.
