What will I learn?
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
- To understand the different terminology when observing a patient and taking vital signs
- To be able to measure blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, Oxygen saturations, and temperature correctly and safely
- To document observations
- Show good communication skills and report findings to the nurse in charge.
