What will I learn?

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

• To discuss the signs, symptoms and management of renal disease and how this affects patients, carers and families
• To discuss the signs, symptoms and management of cardiac disease and how this affects patients, carers and families
• To discuss the signs, symptoms and management of respiratory disease and how this affects patients, carers and families
• To discuss the signs, symptoms and management of diabetes mellitus and how this affects patients, carers and families
• To discuss the signs, symptoms and management of motor neurone disease and how this affects patients, carers and families
• To have an awareness of how the diseases discussed impact on Frailty and consider further referral and contacts
