Post quality donations for free

Want to make a donation to us but can't make it to any of our 12 shops or Distribution Centre? Why not take advantage of our Freepost Donation Service to send us your donations? It's simple to use and takes just a few steps. Each freepost donation can weigh up to 10kg and be up to 60cm height x 50cm width x 50cm depth in size.

How do I send donations?

It’s really easy to send us your freepost donations:

  1. Click the button below to request your freepost label, which will then be emailed to you.

  2. Print this label at home (If you don't have access to a printer at home, then your Collect+ drop off point will be able to print in-store.)

  3. Pack your items in an envelope, parcel or box of your choice (see below for Packing Tips)

  4. Take your packaged donation to a Collect+ drop off point

Find your nearest Collect+ drop-off point

With 6,600 drop-off points nationwide open seven days a week, posting your donations to us is simple. To locate your nearest drop-off point, please use the Collect+ store locator.

When you visit your nearest drop-off point, the Storekeeper will scan your parcel label and give you a receipt which you should keep as proof of postage. It includes a 7-character code which you can use to track your parcel online at

Packing Tips

  • Please ensure you wrap your parcel securely

  • Always use a sturdy box or Jiffy Bag

  • Use plenty of padding inside to protect the contents

  • Seal the package with strong tape and attach the label on it, making sure none of the details are covered

  • Please also ensure hat any other barcodes from original labels on your box or bag are removed or covered, to avoid confusion.

Don't dump, donate!

If you have holey, stained or tired clothing sitting around, don’t dump it, donate it to us!

Last year we raised £46,738 through donation of rags. This could pay for one bed on our 24-hour Inpatient Unit for 120 days.

Simply mark your donation bag as ‘rag’, drop it to your local Garden House Hospice Care shop or Distribution Centre and we’ll do the rest!

Thank you for your donations, which will make a massive difference to the lives of local people in our community.
