Education and Clinical support
As a provider of specialist palliative care, Garden House Hospice Care is committed to providing a wide range of education for all professionals who care for patients with a life-limiting diagnosis. Training is provided for all grades and disciplines of Health and Social care providers, volunteers, as well as practical sessions for families and friends who are carers.
At Garden House Hospice Care, we are committed to working closely with the local hospices within Hertfordshire, acute trusts, GP surgeries, Community teams and local services to provide education that is timely, accessible and relevant to the needs of the community.
We offer a range of of workshops, study days, courses and individualised sessions, many of which are free of charge. The training is delivered in our purpose-built Education department or at locally accessible venues.
