Are you passionate about customer service, fashion, sustainability, or simply enjoy a good bargain hunt? If so, we need you to join our team as an Online Listing Assistant! This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working with computers, selling online, learning new skills, and supporting a great cause.
How you can help
- As an Online Listing Assistant, you will learn all about selling donated items on our online sales platforms such as eBay, Vinted and Facebook
- Researching items via the internet, checking selling/sold prices, identifying trends to help us sell items quickly
- Taking high quality photographs to showcase the items to their best potential
- Writing item descriptions and posting to the relevant online platforms
- Assist with stock checks and source high quality items from warehouse donations
- Volunteers must be over the age of 18 and be able to commit to a regular shift on a weekday or a Saturday
- Commit to Garden House Hospice Care’s mission and values.

Training and support
- Training will be provided by our helpful and friendly staff
- You will work alongside other volunteers who are happy to answer any questions you may have and help you settle into your role
- You will be entitled to receive free access to our Volunteer Assistance Programme, which offers confidential support and advice.
