Online Listing Volunteer

How you can help

• As an Online Listing Assistant, you will learn all about selling donated items on our online sales platforms such as eBay, Vinted and Facebook
• Researching items via the internet, checking selling/sold prices, identifying trends to help us sell items quickly
• Taking high quality photographs to showcase the items to their best potential
• Writing item descriptions and posting to the relevant online platforms
• Assist with stock checks and source high quality items from warehouse donations
• Volunteers must be over the age of 18 and be able to commit to a regular shift on a weekday or a Saturday
• Commit to Garden House Hospice Care’s mission and values.

What you will gain from this role

Training and support

• Training will be provided by our helpful and friendly staff
• You will work alongside other volunteers who are happy to answer any questions you may have and help you settle into your role
• You will be entitled to receive free access to our Volunteer Assistance Programme, which offers confidential support and advice.
