Join us on Saturday 12th September for this year's Sunset Starlight Walk - an unforgettable ~10km walk in Hertfordshire countryside raising vital funds for Garden House Hospice Care. The circular route starts and finishes at Letchworth Hall Hotel, guiding you through the town and beautiful surrounding villages. Walkers are encouraged to light up the night with glowsticks, fairy lights or illuminated accessories and fancy dress is welcome, so feel free to get creative! More than just a charity walk, Sunset Starlight Walk is an way to pay tribute to loved ones, celebrate life and create lasting memories. As we continue to fight for sustainable hospice funding, we are asking everyone joining our Sunset Starlight Walk to play their part in raising sponsorship to help fund our care. We have a fundraising target of £2.7 million to achieve this year to enable us to provide our services free of charge in the local community, so every mile you walk and every pound you raise will truly make a difference.

If every person taking part were to raise a minimum of £100, we could fund our entire services for more than three days. This ranges from attentive care on our Inpatient Unit, in people's own homes and in care homes, as well as providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, and rehabilitative care to help people integrate back into their community.
