Join us at The Depot, our all-in-one distribution centre in Letchworth, where you’ll play a crucial role as a volunteer Depot Administrator. In this role, you'll be the main contact point at the Depot, answering calls and providing vital administrative support. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact while developing valuable skills, we would love to hear from you!
We do not have any volunteer Depot Administrator roles available at the moment, however, if you would like to register your interest, we will contact you when a role becomes available.
How you can help
- Respond to customer queries, over email and phone. In person queries on occasion
- Maintain database integrity by updating records
- Book furniture collections, deliveries and house clearances
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Commit to Garden House Hospice Care’s mission and values.

Training and support
- You will be supported in your role by both staff and fellow volunteers
- Comprehensive online and in-role training will be provided
- You will be entitled to receive free access to our Volunteer Assistance Program, which offers confidential support and advice.
