Comment cards: Yellow comment cards can be found around the Hospice for patients and visitors to complete.

Questionnaires: Sometimes we ask for direct feedback about areas of our services. We do this using questionnaires either handed to service users whilst they are with us or posted out to relatives along with offers of support.

Email: You can email with any comments you may wish to make.

Complaints: If you feel in any way dissatisfied with the care and support received from Garden House Hospice Care, please follow our guidance on making a complaint.
