Motorcycle Ride Out

Our dedicated volunteer and Founder of the Frailty Service, Chris Phillips, is holding a Motorcycle Ride Out in aid of Garden House Hospice Care on Sunday 27th September. This thrilling motorbike event starts at Broadway Gardens in Letchworth, riding out to Shuttleworth where you can discover the rich heritage of the Shuttleworth Collection and Swiss Garden. Your registration fee will include a 30-day return ticket, so you can return at your leisure following the initial visit with another person.

Whether you're a seasoned rider or a newbie on a motorcycle, grab your gear, rev up your engine and get ready to hit the open road while supporting a fantastic local cause! Riders must be aged 18+ on the day of the event and all motorbikes must be fully insured and in a roadworthy condition.

Please note: If you paid online for the previous ride out on Sunday 31st May which was affected by the unexpected closure of Shuttleworth, your entry will be reduced to £15, payable on the day.

Key timings

09:00 - Meet at Broadway Gardens

09:30 - Ride out to Shuttleworth

11:00 - Arrive at Shuttleworth (free tea/coffee and exclusive parking)
