Join us at The Depot, our all-in-one distribution centre in Letchworth, where you’ll play a crucial role as a volunteer Depot Administrator and Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of the depot, assisting visitors and providing vital administrative support. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact while developing valuable skills, we would love to hear from you!
How you can help
- Respond to general queries and provide assistance to visitors
- Maintain database integrity by updating records
- Book furniture collections, deliveries and house clearances
- Administrative experience is helpful but not essential
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Commit to Garden House Hospice Care’s mission and values.

Training and support
- You will be supported in your role by both staff and fellow volunteers
- Comprehensive online and in-role training will be provided
