Donate now via The Big Give

From midday on Tuesday 28th November, every donation made toward our Frailty Service appeal will be DOUBLED as part of The Big Give Christmas Challenge. You have the opportunity to help us raise £70,000 in 7 days thanks to the generosity of our match-funders.

The video below highlights a conversation between family members of someone living with frailty that happens all too often. Thousands of people - like Edward's dad - are visiting A&E and being admitted to hospital over and over again as a result of their frailty. Falls, pains, infections - something as common as a cold can result in a 999 call. It's time to change this story.

Our ground-breaking new service is a turning point for our organisation and for the thousands of people who need us in our community. At the moment, access to hospices is not equal and it's people with frailty who are missing out. Our New Chapter will change this. There is so much energy and excitement, and our teams have been in the planning for months.

It'll cost us £300,000 to fund our new Frailty Service from its launch date of 2nd January until the end of March. It is thanks to your donations and the continued support of our magnificent community that it will be possible. So that's why this opportunity of raising an incredible £70,000 through the Big Give is too good to miss! Please double your donation today. Thank you.
