Provide first point of contact, triage and follow up support for patients and families referred to the Family Support Service for psychological, emotional or spiritual support. Working as part of the Family Support Service and wider multidisciplinary team, you will possess a Diploma in Counselling or equivalent, hold membership of a recognised body e.g. BACP or UKCP and be accredited or be working towards accreditation.
Previous post qualification experience is essential.
