Established local company Admin Re employees are sky diving to help raise funds for Garden House Hospice Care.

Admin Re – who will change their name to ReAssure in January 2017- have been a significant local employer in the Hitchin area for around ten years dealing in life and pensions. Based centrally on Tilehouse Street, Hitchin their offices are set in the beautiful rural grounds near the Priory.

Taking on this thrilling challenge are Trevor Davis, CEO and Tim Hodgson, Head of HR. The company is also giving one lucky employee an amazing chance to be part of the skydive team.

Trevor Davis, CEO says

“We are proud to support Garden House Hospice Care, throwing ourselves out of a plane at 10,000 ft is the least we can do to raise funds for this great cause.  Our employees have voted the Hospice ‘Corporate Charity’ every year since 2010, and it is a partnership we feel very strongly about”.

Also taking a leap of faith Tim Hodgson, Head of HR says

“The company’s Wellbeing initiative encourages employees to get involved in charity fund raising and supporting a local charity is very important to us.  We hope to continue to support the town and local area with career opportunities in a range of financial service roles such as Customer Services, HR and Actuaries.”

The brave jumpers will take to the skies on Saturday 22nd October and hope to raise a significant amount of money for Garden House Hospice Care which needs to generate over £3 million income a year to continue its services.

Aptly named #Jump_ARGHH to signify the collaboration between Admin Re (AR) and Garden House Hospice (GHH), both organisations hope staff and the public will show their support for the campaign via social media. They would also welcome donations to their JustGiving page: http://www.justgiving.com/JumpARGHH.
